You can say both scentenses, both is right but using "dessa" sounds more proffessional if that's what your going for :) Annan is when you're talking about one thing and andra is for when there's many things. Another hourse = En annan häst. Other hourses = Andra hästar. and there's also: another tree = Ett annat träd.
