the previous answer is correct, although it is formal and is rarely used in casual conversations. if you want to say it to a girl in an informal way, say: "maganda ka tulad ng rosas" (you are beautiful like a rose) "kasing ganda mo ang rosas" (you are as beautiful as a rose)
