what is ( en ) mean
example: benim odam en düzenli odadır
in this sentence there is (en) what is mean??
as i think maybe it mean : my room is the most regular room. is this right?

Yes, your translation is correct. We use the word "en" to make the adjectives superlative just like your example. Some other examples: en büyük - the biggest, en az - the least, en temiz - the cleanest.
"En" can mean "width" also. Examples; 1) Bu odanın eni 2 metre. This room's width is 2 meters. 2) Bu masanın eni kaç santimetre? How many centimeters is the width of this table?
