The speaker is actually asking if he would feel worried about his girlfriend.你长期不在女朋友身边（你）不怕她孤独吗。 Yes, RunningMan is the title of amusement program in Korea, and is very popular in China.“有RunningMan”和“追RunningMan” both means that his girlfriend can watch the show. (So he doesn't have to worry.) Here, “追”means“追剧”(follow the show)而不是“追赶”（chasing）。
