Is it correct to say "I feel boring" or " I feel bored"?
And yet, when should I use "get bored" and "I feel bored"?

Ciao Vale,
"I feel boring" = other people avoid you because you are no fun.
"I feel bored" = there is boredom, and you feel it.
Get + (adjective) usually means "become (adjective)"
Hope that helps!

You could say:
'I have a low attention span and I get bored very easily when I attend lessons.'
'I feel bored stiff today, all my friends have gone on holiday and I have nobody to hang out with'
