Honorifics are usually called "keigo" (敬語)in Japanese.
Usually, however, keigo refers to verb conjugations rather than titles.
Using the verb "to speak" 言う as an example:
Sonkeigo 尊敬語 honors the addressee or another person not within the inner circle of the speaker. You use this verb to describe the action taken by the person you are honoring. You speak = おっしゃいます。
Kenjyougo 謙譲語 humbles the speaker. You use this verb to describe the action taken by yourself (or someone within your inner circle). I speak = 申し上げます。
Teineigo 丁寧語 is the polite 言います form rather than the casual 言う form.
