need help with translation of a sentence in a chinese song!
你好，谁会帮我翻译到英语这从一首中文歌《不再联系》的一句话：
“多少次我告诉自己，此情可待已成追忆” ？
我很不明白后边的意思。谢谢你！ ：）
Can anyone please help me translate a sentence from this Chinese song called <<不再联系>>:
“多少次我告诉自己，此情可待已成追忆” ？

The sentence is from a poem.
锦瑟
李商隐
锦瑟无端五十弦，一弦一柱思华年。
庄生晓梦迷蝴蝶，望帝春心托杜鹃。
沧海月明珠有泪，蓝田日暖玉生烟。
此情可待成追忆，只是当时已惘然。
There are many views on this as people have different take on the poem.
To me, the lyrics mean the relationship has become a memory or was history.

This is not clear even for most Chinese people. Generally speaking, it says: it's such a beautiful feeling that it could stir in your memory.
可待成，可以等到后来成为追忆.

Oh I think you did not understand the line. It means The love that is worthy of waiting turns out to be just your memory.
