Yes you can.
When nouns are used as "yuklem" (predicate?), we may or may not add that suffix.
Bu benim en sevdigim kitap = Bu benim en sevdigim kitaptır.
Benim diktigim agac bu agac = Benim diktigim agac bu agactır.

It's not wrong.
We can use both versions in Turkish.
In daily language it's preferred to use without suffix. The form with suffix is more for generalization.

Yes you can but you should be careful about the meaning. If you say "bu kitap" without a comma that means "that/this book". If you say "bu, kitap" that means "this is book". So in writing you can use them like that if you dont want to use suffix. But for speaking, you should wait a little bit after you say "bu". I hope this is helpful for you:)
