It is not clear what you mean. In phonemics, /z/ is pronounced like the 'z' in 'zebra' or 'zoo'. /ʤ/ is like the 's' in measure' or 'treasure'. There are some good websites of phonemics which will help you. Google 'phonemic chart'.
