Which is correct? 我很喜欢啤酒 or 我喜欢很啤酒 or 我喜欢啤酒很 (or maybe none of them are correct?)

我很喜欢（喝）啤酒 is better."喝“ means drink .In chinese,"很” is adverb, we always put adverb between the subject and the verb.

Uyghur people tend to put 很 after adverb or adjetive. we say 很好, they say 好的很。
