I have been learning... in Italian How do you say "I have been" for talking about something you started in the past are are still doing now? For example- I have been learning Italian for 3 years.

You can use the simpre present, works as well. "Studio italiano da 3 anni."

Io sto studiando l'italiano da 3 anni. or Io ho iniziato a studiare l'italiano 3 anni fa.
