How do I introduce myself in Turkish?
How can I introduce myself or a friend to someone else?
What are the most common ways to do it so a native speaker might think I'm also Turkish? :-)
Thank you.

Selam/Merhaba, ben .....
Selam is more informal than merhaba. And you tell your name after using Ben. Sometimes we can interchange ben and name, for example: Ben Ali or Ali ben.
Senin adın ne?/Sizin adınız ne? To ask the name of the other person. But you can ask also only Sen/Siz? With a stress on the pronoun, after you introduced yourself.
To introduce a friend:
Selam/Merhaba, bu .....
You can use bu and the name of your friend. But its possible to remove bu. You can tell his/her name directly by showing him or her.
But I think everybody will understand you re foreigner. You know, the pronouncation wont be like a native's. I have some friends who are foreigner and live here for years, but still its so clear they are not native. As long as you can communicate, thats not a problem people think you re native or not.
Good luck

Merhaba, ben "........(your name)......." Nasılsınız? (this is very formal. you can use kinda speech to smo u meet yet or to a high ranking person or smo that you want to stand on ceremony. "hello,Im ..... how are you?")
Merhaba, ben ..... nasılsın? ("hi,Im ..... how r you" more intimate speech than before. not formal. you can talk to your friend or someone you feel close to and someone you want to feel close to ;) )
I hope it can help you .
