Yep, "hyvää syntymäpäivää" or "hyvää synttäriä" (sounds a bit more childish) is happy birthday. "Hyvää päivänjatkoa" for have a nice day.

You could also wish: "Mukavaa päivää!" for "Have a nice day!"
