what does "conveniently" mean in the following sentence? Here, the word 'Conveniently' (NOT Conventiently) means 'Suitably'.

This word means, to me, that this date may not be exact/precise, but a group of individuals knowledgeable on the subject has agreed (at or near this point in time) that this is the most probable date. I would substitute the words circa, approximately, or about - depending on the context. Hope this helped, Nick
