As luza say, depends on context.
mad, in spanish, can be either 'crazy/insane' or 'angry'
if you're talking about angry, in degrees of ANGRYNESS (haha), from less to more
estoy molesto/a = i'm annoyed
estoy enojado/a = i'm angry / mad
estoy furioso/a = i'm furious (weird to use it in first person)
else... if you're referring to crazyness, there's pretty much just one
estoy loco/a = i'm crazy

hmmm i just gathed and mixed up what Jared and Mr. Rogers said and added a bit more, such an easy way to answer :-P
Well, I'd answer.... It depends on what you mean:
* Soy/Estoy loco(a): if you're mentally ill or you're not being sensible at all.
* Estoy loco(a)/me enloquece : if you like something of of somebody very much. I'm mad about Lenny Kravitz = Estoy loca por Lenny Kravitz = Lenny Kravitz me enloquece.
* Estoy enojado(a): if you're mat at someone or get angry with someone
