I took the test TOELF ITP and what does mean this test?
it's just an American test for English learners? I am B1 so it means that's good? I obtain 460 points, so I believe it's good even I don't feel I am very good in English, because I made mistakes, I think I have several mistakes in this is short question.

You took a test without knowing what it means?

Please don't be so critical of yourself. The only way is up!  Unfortunately, B1 is not a great score; it's just after elementary level. For purposes of living, working or studying abroad, you need at least B2/C1 or higher.
