쓰잘데기 is a dialect of 쓰잘머리
쓰잘머리 means "usability of someone or something" 사람이나 사물의 쓸모 있는 면모나 유용한 구석.
쓰잘데 없이 means "uselessly, unnecessarily, needlessly"
