Hello, I checked the site you have given but it is for the US. I can see that the test is not directly about testing the native language skills for the foreigners in the country. So, I think, if you tell what you want to accomplish when you pass the test in Turkey, it would be easier to answer your question. Then, we could find out if there is an equivalent test in Turkey.
