Listening resources with text/subtitles
Does anyone know of any good online resources for listening to film or other media that has accompanying text? I really need practice listening to my target languages, but I'm not yet at the level where I can just listen without seeing the text.

FYI: For those learning English, Ted.com has thousands of short speeches, and most of them have the option of subtitles in multiple languages.

It's hard to find something with czech substitles, but I recently worked on one project and I think it can help.
There is archive of radio recordings with transcripts.
http://www.rozhlas.cz/radiozurnal/dvacetminut/_archiv?pos=1100

But not all have transcription. It can be recognized by name of speakers in start of each paragraph.
