Am I usig the right character? Philosophical terms.
The phrase I am trying to get an accurate translation of is:
Be positive.
Be selfless.
Be humble.
Researching, this is what I have, but I feel it is a dictionary translation and does not carry the same philosophical meaning.
是积极的。
是无私的。
要谦虚。

In pholosophical context, the firt of your phrase will be 实证的;I'm not sure about the other 2, they do not come so often in my reading. Would you paste the full sentences where they appear?
