What is the difference between “in between” and “between”? What is the difference between “in between” and “between”? for example: A table is in between the chairs. A table is between the chairs. which one used often? or it depends?

In the example you wrote, there is no difference. I'd prefer the simpler version using just "between," but both are correct English.
