What does "with little more in common than" mean? e.g. The movie World War Z is a complete bastardization of the book with little more in common than zombies and a title.

"...with little more in common than zombies and a title" means the only similarity between the book and the movie version of World War Z is that they have the same title and the same subject matter. Everything else between them is so different that it's hard to imagine they're the "same" story.
