do you have a gap year before you go to college or go to work Do you think it is important to have a gap year or not?Tell about the advantage and disadvantage.

I am Chinese,so i donnot have such a gap year,i only have a 3-month holiday.In this days i have visited many places and tried to make money by myself.So i do believe that the gap year is very important for new students to face the new world coming soon.
