is the second sentence correct in Turkish...grammatical sentence
1-istediğim amacı gerçekleştim=i achieved the goal i want.
2-istediğimi gerçekleştim= i achieved what i want.

Your sentences mostly correct. It's just the endings which need some fixing like :
I achieved the goal i want. = İstediğim amacı gerçekleştirdim.
I achieved what i want.= İstediğimi gerçekleştirdim.
