Is it possible to say "loan granting' or "credit granting" by speaking about bank's activity?

I'm not completely sure what you're asking. If you mean 'are they valid phrases', then yes, but they're awkward.
'Granting loans' or 'Granting credit' would be better. Possibly 'the act of granting credit' depending on the context.
If that is what you meant, then your question should be phrased 'Is it acceptable to say "loan granting' or "credit granting" when speaking about a bank's activities?'

The bank is very active in loan granting, but very hesitant in credit granting. The bank grants many loans, but does not grant much credit.

I would agree with Nick. It is difficult to say without more context. Can you give us a sentence that you would use the loan granting or credit granting in?
