I am dying to... would be "Muero por..." Muero por jugar ese video juego. Muero por ver esa película. Muero por probar ese postre. I can´t wait to... would be: "No puedo esperar a" No puedo esperar a salir del trabajo. No puedo esperar a comer. Tengo hambre. No puedo esperar a verlo mañana.

Hi! Both previous answers are correct, as you can see they are pretty much literal translations and they are commonly used. Another option would be Estoy ansioso por... and you fill up the rest. This would better translate to I'm eagger to...
