Can I learn about my account details?
When I looked at the account details , I have realized that the lessons which I will take are seen as completed. For example I had booked 2 lessons to 27 and 28th December and seen as completed. Is there any problem in your system?Thanks

In your case, it sounds like a glitch in the system, so just write to them and ask what has happened on their side.
