What‘’s the meaning of “unconsolidated hospitality ventures” ? And also "consolidated hospitality ventures". I found this term in the reports of some hotel groups.

It sounds like technical terminology used by accountants and auditors to describe a group of hotels whose financial statements are combined into one report instead of being issued separately for each individual.
