Tailandese is both for men and women. If you are speaking the sound of your voice will make clear that who speaks is a woman. In writing you could say something like: - sono una donna tailandese. - sono una ragazza tailandese. Note that in Italian we DON'T capitalize adjectives coming from nations' names.
