Is there the difference of the using words "Underneath" and "Beneath"??
I'd like to grasp the difference between "Underneath" and "Beneath"? Thanks!

This is a difficult one, because the two words are largely interchangeable.
'Beneath' is more formal, and used far less than 'underneath'. It can also have the added implication of something inferior, for example 'Mrs Dupont thought that doing housework was beneath her'.
If in doubt, use 'underneath' as it is the word which is more likely to sound natural in most contexts.
