Is it correct? Your words (answers) were exactly the same thing (or the ones) that I hoped to hear. Could I use "wish" instead of "hope"? If so, how? Thanks a lot in advance.

You could say either. "I wish I would win a million dollars." or "I hope I win a million dollars." Wish: feel or express a strong desire or hope for something that is not easily attainable; want something that cannot or probably will not happen. synonyms: desire, want, hope for, covet, dream of, long for, yearn for, crave, hunger for, lust after;
