What is the difference between coordination and cooperation ?

Coordination - the organisation of your work when you're working with someone. For example, you can coordinate your timetable or different activities you're going to have to do as a team. We could say that it has to do with "ORDER" of things.
Cooperation (helping each other) - you work with someone towards the same goal. It's also willingness to do something that someone asks you to do.
