I am a bit befuddled about how to identify names through its gender. According to the book, if the name is written with ״שווא נה״, does it mean the name is male? Also if the name is written with ״קמץ״, does it mean the name is female?

Most feminine Hebrew names end with the letter He (ה) or Tav (ת). There's a fair amount of unisex Hebrew names, e.g. סתיו
