Hi Tony! Practise a lot and your skills will get better with time. Just listen to songs and watch short videos first - but don't try to translate them into your language, just pay attention and be happy when you recognize a word. Then you can read children's books, like Winnie the Pooh, they are useful and easy to understand. Then, as your skills get better, you can watch films as well. If you don't try to think while watching videos and don't translate them into your mother tongue, you will be able to understand most things, and speaking will come naturally.
