How would say in MSA and or spoken Arabic:
'Yeah, right!" "Are you kidding me?!"
(For those who don't know. "Yeah, right!" Is a sarcastic way of saying that you don't agree with (or understand) something someone said or did.
"Are kidding me?!" can also mean: "are you serious?" Or it's used when someone may be intentionally acting like a fool to cause slight discomfort in someone else.
All dialects welcome. :)

in Khaleeji (Saudi):
- "Yeah, right!" = إي، صح صح (with a sarcastic tone)
- "Are you kidding me?!" = تستهبل أنت؟

بالفلسطيني بنحكي: له يا زلمة! = Are you kidding me or we can say " طب احلف" أو "أمانة؟!" هذا بالعامية الفلسطينية..
