Je ne sais pas le mot pour "Hashtag" en francais? Est-ce la meme?

En fait, il existe bien un mot pour "hashtag". Il s'agit de "mot-dièse".
Mais ce n'est pas vraiment utilisé.

I think that it's the same because words like "selfie" are also the same in French as in English :)
