"Inclined" primarily focuses (as the OED defines it) on the physical bent as having a direction leaning or sloping away from being horizontal/vertical. So, the imagery figures into this meaning here, as the OED defines it, as having a mental bent, tendency or propensity towards a particular object or subject. Basically a disposition or predisposition, almost in their nature (naturally or worked in). So this guy has no (pre)disposition towards music, most likely in playing music on an instrument.
