How can I say in English? Hello everyone: I would like to know how can I say in english: me caí de la cama mientras dormía porque daba muchas vueltas o me movía mucho. I appreciate your answers.

I fell off the bed while I was sleeping, because I was tossing and turning, or I was moving around a lot. "to toss and turn" = dar vueltas al tratar de dormirse o mientras uno duerme
