진짜 나랑 만나고 싶은 거 맞나? I think it's pretty good to take out 'again' and just say 'do you really want to meet me?' in Korean. But if you want the 'again' part it's below. 진짜 나랑 다시 만나고 싶은 거 맞나? --> I almost get the feeling that you've been dating and then broke up and now the other person is giving you signs that they want to get back together since you're saying 'meet again'.
