What is another way to say "How are you?" in Japanese?
I realize that "Ogenki desuka?" literally translates into "Are you healthy?" and that must be odd to ask everyday, I'm sure. So what are other alternative ways to ask this?

You don't need to ask "how are you" everyday like in standard english, a normal greeting (ohayou, konbanwa, etc) would be just fine.
But other ways to say this would be:
-"Genki desu ka" or just "genki" if you want to be more informal.
-"Choushi wa dou desu ka" or just "choushi wa dou". The first one is more polite and the second one is informal, casual (I hear that more often)
-"Gokigen ikaga desu ka". This is used with someone with a higher status than you.
-"Saikin dou desu ka" or just "saiking dou". Works the same as I said with "choushi" greeting, but the difference is that "saikin dou" would mean something like "hey, what's new with you?".
