"Ring" and "wring". Are these words have the same pronunciation?

Yes, they are pronounced the same. The English language has many, many homophones, or pairs of words which sound the same.
But we don't confuse these words because we always know from the context which one is meant.
If you hear 'He started to wring his hands' or 'He started to ring the bell', it is clear from the objects of these two verbs which one is being used.

Yes, wring and ring have the same pronunciation - the W is silent in wring.
Of course, we know which word is meant, depending on context.
