Do these sentences sound natural? Sometimes I 'entitle' myself to some relaxation during work time.The main thing is I should care It will last not too long.

The first sentence is okay. For the second, I would write, "The main thing is that I should make sure it does not last too long." Or, "The main thing is that I should be concerned about not wasting too much time."
