"put words in your mouth" "put words in your mouth",. I think the meaning of this clause is someone gives you the temptation to say what he/she wanna you say. Am I right? What does that exactly mean?

Yes, if someone puts words in your mouth, they either - say things and claim you said them - get you to say something they want you to say - tell you to say something they want you to say
