How can i use 'though'? I really get confused.

Though means "despite the fact that" or "however". Examples:
"Though I was sick, I still went to work" ("Despite the fact that I was sick, I still went to work")
"I am a fast walker but I had a hard time keeping up with him though" ("I am a fast walker, however I had a hard time keeping up with him")
