I agree with Ruthi as both sentences are correct.
We use until/till in the sense of 'time up to'.
e.g.
I waited for her until 12am, but she didn't come.

Both are correct and you can also say I am free between 6pm and 9 pm

Both are correct, but neither is a question!
You should have asked "which is the correct statement?"
