"Take out of" another example "Take out of the box what you don't need." "Take out of your suitcase a heavy item." (when your suitcase is overweight at airport checkin)

Difficult to answer specifically, when there's no context but...
1) Take off your shoes (remove). The plane will take off at 10am (depart). That cheap handbag is a Prada takeoff (a brand imitation, or to imitate a person - It was a takeoff of O'Bama). The car took off at high speed. ie it was travelling fast when it started moving ie at take off.
2) Take it out of the box. If you take it out of the store without paying, you'll be in trouble.
