こんにちは、
漢字で「はじめに」の書き方は何ですか？
「始めに」か「初めに」ですか？どちらはいいですか？

the usage depends on what you describe.
始め --> "begin" ex. 仕事始め (start to work)
初め --> "First time" ex. 初めまして (It's the first time we meet and nice to meet you)
