Can I say "Kimi wa daisuki" ? or should it be "Kimi ga daisuki" ?
Can I say Kimi ga suki desu to another girl?
I mean I am a girl and I like her as a friend so can I say Kimi ga suki? I am kinda expressive so I want to say how much I like to talk to her. So I said "Kimi ga daisuki" haha. Does it sounds weird? I really want to say that I like to talk to her so much. How can I do so? ^^ Any suggestion? Thank you.
In chinese, Wo Shi Hwan Ni means "I like you". I always say that to my Chinese 'girl' friend, and she said that it sounds weird. So she said not to say that again. But still I like to play around with her so I just say it again and again just as a joke though ^^ We are good friends :P

You should say "kimi ga suki"
If you'd like to say politely, just say "Anata no koto ga sukidesu"
The former wiil be good when you propose.
Good luck for you :)

If you want to express how much you enjoy talking to her, it would be more along the lines of
「貴方と話すのは凄く楽しいです。」
[anata to hanasu no wa sugoku tanoshii desu.]
[It's really fun talking to you]
