'which' refers to things. 'who' refers to people.

As a choice between relative pronouns, "who" is better when referring to people, but "which" for things. For example, people who vacation in Bali mainly come from Australia. On the other hand, Bali, which is a favorite vacation spot, has many Australian visitors.
