"Sure/ For sure/ Of course." What is difference in those?
They are the same?
For example)
Q: Will you go to the concert ?
A: Sure. or for sure or Of course.
Are they are ok to answer?
Thank you in advance. :)

They’re all correct, with almost the same meaning, and all of them work perfectly well in your example.
Keep in mind that “of course” can sometimes come off as rude, as if you’re suggesting that the answer is obvious — too obvious to even ask the question.
Also, there is a strange difference between “I sure will” and “sure I will” — the second option is often used sarcastically.

They mean the same although each suggests a slightly different emphasis. For sure and of course are a little stronger than sure.
